
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 5, 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all design, printing, packaging production, and related services provided by HL Packaging International Inc.
Please read and understand the following policies before placing an order or approving artwork.

2. Materials Required to Begin Design
Please provide the following information (English or Chinese):

3. Payment Methods & Payment Policy
We accept:

Credit card (card number, name, expiration date, CVV, billing ZIP code required)

Cash / check (New York only)

All orders are subject to 8.875% NY State sales tax
Production Policy
Orders with incomplete payment will not be scheduled for production.
Delivery Policy
All payments must be fully settled before any order is released.
This applies to:

In-store pickup
-
UPS, FedEx, or trucking shipments
-
Customer-arranged drivers
-
On-site trade show delivery
-
Third-party logistics pickup
If any outstanding balance remains, we will be unable to arrange shipment or pickup.
Late Payment Handling
In the event of late or unpaid balances, HL Packaging may take the following actions:

Pause production
-
Withhold delivery of finished products
-
Suspend after-sales support
-
Engage legal or third-party collection services if necessary (additional fees may apply)
4. Design Draft Process
Upon receiving full payment, our design team will begin working on your initial draft.
The draft will be emailed to you for review when completed.
5. Revision Policy
Clients may request the following revisions:

Text, phone number, or address changes
-
Image replacement
-
Minor layout adjustments
Complete redesigns or changes to the overall design direction are not included and may incur additional fees.
6. Final Artwork Approval
-
Production will proceed based on the final artwork version approved by the client.
-
Clients are responsible for confirming all text and details are correct.
-
Once approved, artwork cannot be modified.
-
HL Packaging is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete client proofreading.
7. Production Time & Delivery
-
Production time varies by product and excludes holidays or maintenance periods.
-
Files approved after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
-
Out-of-state shipments typically take 3–4 business days via UPS or trucking.
8. Refund & After-Sales Policy
Design and Printing Orders:
If canceled during the initial design stage, a 50% refund may be issued.
The remaining amount covers design labor.
Design-Only Orders (e.g., Logo):

50% design deposit required to begin
-
Deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun
-
If no design work has started, the deposit may be converted to store credit
-
Deposit is non-refundable once design is completed
Non-Refundable Situations
Including but not limited to:
-
Incorrect size, material, or quantity selected by the client
-
Proofreading errors made by the client
-
Material thickness, texture, or appearance differing from expectations
-
Delays caused by weather, logistics, or other uncontrollable factors
-
Standard gang-run color variation (10–15%)
9. Color Variation Disclaimer
-
A CMYK color variance of ±10% is normal in the printing industry
-
Different batches may vary by 10–15%
-
Monitor colors differ from printed results
If exact color matching is required, please consider this before placing an order.
10. Cutting Tolerance
-
Standard cutting tolerance is 1–2 mm
-
Border designs should use at least 3–4 mm thickness
11. Quality Issue Procedure
If you believe there is a production quality issue, please email photos to:
Once verified as a production defect, a reprint will be provided.
(Color variation is not considered a defect.)
12. Customer-Provided Files
For client-supplied final artwork:

We only verify the file can be opened
-
We are not responsible for color, layout, or typographical errors
-
File modifications requested by the client may incur additional charges
Errors resulting from the client’s file will be the client’s responsibility.

3. 付款方式与付款政策
我们支持以下付款方式:

信用卡(需提供卡号、姓名、到期日、CVV、账单邮编)

现金 / 支票(仅限纽约)
-
所有订单均需依照纽约州销售税 8.875% 收费(政府规定)
生产相关
如付款尚未完成,订单将不会进入生产排程。
交货相关
交货前需确认所有款项已付清。
适用于:

店内自取
-
UPS、FedEx 或卡车运输
-
客户派司机取货
-
展会现场交货
-
第三方物流代取
如仍有未结余额,我们将无法安排发货或取货。
逾期付款处理
如发生逾期或未付款情况,HL Packaging 可能采取以下措施:

暂停制作
-
暂不交付成品
-
暂停售后服务
-
必要时委托法律或第三方机构协助追缴(可能产生额外费用)
4. 设计初稿流程
在收到全额付款后,设计团队将根据行业风格与客户需求制作初稿。
初稿完成后会通过 Email 发送并通知客户查收。
5. 修改流程
客户可对初稿提出以下调整:

文案、电话、地址等文字信息
-
图片替换
-
排版与布局微调
以下情况不属于免费修改范围:
完全推翻原设计风格并重新设计(需另行收费)
6. 设计稿最终确认
-
印刷将以客户“最终确认稿”版本为准。
-
客户需自行核对文字、地址、电话及所有内容是否正确。
-
定稿后即进入制作,无法再次修改。
-
因客户校对不充分而产生的内容错误,本公司不承担责任。
7. 印刷周期与收货说明
-
印刷周期以各产品说明为准(不含节假日 / 机器维护时间)
-
当日 18:00 后确认的文件,将视为次日开始制作
-
外州订单一般使用 UPS / 卡车运输,运输时间约 3–4 天
8. 退款与售后政策
设计及印刷类订单:
-
若尚处于设计初稿阶段且客户决定取消,可退还费用的 50%(其余作为设计人工费用)
仅设计类订单(如 LOGO):
-
开始设计需支付 50% 设计押金
-
若客户中途停止 → 押金不退
-
若设计尚未开始 → 押金可转为 Store Credit
-
设计完成后取消 → 押金不退、不可折抵
哪些情况不予退款?
包括但不限于:
-
客户未确认清楚尺寸、材质、数量
-
客户自身校对错误导致的错字、内容错误
-
材料厚度、手感等与客户主观想象不同
-
因物流、天气等不可控因素造成延误
-
拼版印刷产生的正常色差(10%–15%)
9. 色差说明(行业标准)
-
CMYK 色值 ±10% 属正常范围
-
同款产品不同批次存在 10–15% 色差
-
显示器颜色与实际印刷存在固有差异
若对色差零容忍,请谨慎下单。
10. 裁切误差说明
-
行业标准裁切误差为 1–2 mm
-
如使用边框设计,请将边框加粗至 3–4 mm 以上以减少视觉误差
11. 质量问题处理流程
如怀疑为印刷质量问题,请拍照并 Email 至:

确认属印刷质量问题后,我们将提供补印服务。
(注:色差不属于质量问题)
12.客户自带文件印刷说明
如客户提供最终稿件:

我们仅检查文件是否能正常读取
-
不负责颜色、排版、解析度、错字等问题
-
如需协助修改文件,需另行收费
成品出现因文件本身问题导致的错误,由客户自行承担责任。
